The Morning Show - Thurs 8th of September


It was a privilage to appear on the Morning Show today to speak to Larry & Kylie about what I do as a healer and my involvement with X-Factor.

I guess you could say that I am a well rounded wholistic healer. I work with people one-on-one or in groups to become aware of there energy I call it "Spatial Awareness". You've heard the saying "Energy flows where attention goes". I take it even further "What you resist persists".
People often talk about negative energy and doing all they can to clear it. But when we fight or internally struggle with unpleasant emotions like fear, guilt, shame this can throw us into a negative stressful state. As a massage therapist, in my experience observing patterns of tension held in the body I found often stem from a relationship with something. When I talk about clearing negative energy I help to bring the awareness to the thing that creates the tension in the body, that makes us feel ill or off.

Every treatment is different and designed for the individual in the moment. I attend to the tension that is there. Often the area that is sore is not necessarily the area of the body that needs attention. throughout my sessions I do clicking ... I call it "Acu-clicking". I click spaces I observe energy blockages to bring the clients attention to the area and to pop the energy out from it's restricted state. It's very effective

In my line of work and expertise, confidentiality is the most important thing, this provides the space that trust can be developed. Without trust people will not let go and allow themselves to open up there energy for healing to take place. Every one experiences tension from a result of negative energy, there can not be positive energy without the reflection of the other. Awareness is always the first step towards healing, or clearing negative energy.

Having balanced energies provides the best space for you to function, express yourself clearly and make healthy decisions. What ever you do if you have the desire to be "good at it" there will always be internal tension to tend with.

There are a number of ways you can balance your energy depending on the individual, as I mentioned connecting with nature and breathing deeply into your body,disregard negative internal chatter. This is the way to connect with your true nature but most important of all - When your body aches for balance - listen to it !
