The Unseen Field - Post 5 of 5

Mapping Your blindspots - What you can see; What others can see; What no-one is looking at.

The Whole Field Seen
Living in the spectrum between over-observation and the blind spot — and what becomes possible when the field is held
I have covered a lot of ground across these two series.
In the first: The Watched Field; I explored what happens when observation is too heavy. The gaze saturated with judgment and expectation of failure. Stage fright manifests at the personal, relational, and ancestral levels. The field becomes paralyzed, unable to perform because it is watched too closely.
In this series: The Unseen Field; I ventured to the other end of the spectrum. This is the place that is not watched at all. The blind spot. The unwitnessed drain. The leak that quietly redirects vital life force away from everything it was meant to support.
Two poles. Two series. Two fundamental ways a field loses itself.
And now, we arrive at the question both series have been moving toward.
What does it look like to live in neither extreme?
The Spectrum is Where Life Happens
Every human field exists somewhere on a spectrum between two poles.
At one end: over-observation. The field is watched too closely, judged too heavily, held in the anxious grip of failure-expectation. It feels constricted, performing under a hostile audience, unable to access its true potential.
At the other end: the blind spot. This is the field that is not watched enough. It is the unwitnessed space where vital life force leaks without detection. Patterns run unchallenged because no awareness has reached them. The unseen shapes experience as powerfully as anything that has been consciously examined.
Most people do not live at either extreme in absolute terms. They exist in the spectrum between them. Some aspects of their field are over-observed, while others remain completely unseen. The thing they have examined exhaustively sits alongside the thing they have never once looked at directly.
This is the map. Not a diagnosis. Not a judgment. A map.
And a map is useful because it tells you where you are.
When you know where you are, you can begin to move toward where you want to be.
What the Tended Field Looks Like
I have worked with individuals who have navigated both layers of this work. They have addressed the watching that constricted them and the blind spots that drained them without their knowledge. What I observe in them is consistent.
Not perfection.
Not the absence of challenge or difficulty or the ordinary turbulence of being human.
Something quieter than that. And more durable.
A quality of presence.
They are more fully here than before.
They inhabit their own field rather than being managed by it.
The background drain is gone; not suppressed, not managed, but gone.
The background performance anxiety is gone; not masked, not worked around, but gone.
What remains is simply themselves, in a field that is neither hemorrhaging resources through unseen gaps nor locked in the constriction of a hostile gaze.
From that field, things become possible that were not possible before. Not because anything was added, but because what was always there—the innate intelligence, the capacity for health, connection, and creative engagement with life—finally has the energetic resource and the clear field to operate from.
This is what I have always pointed toward. In both series. In thirty years of practice.
Not a better version of yourself. Just yourself, in a field that finally supports you.
The Ongoing Practice
I want to be honest about something.
This is not a destination you arrive at once and remain in permanently without further attention.
The field is alive. It is dynamic. New patterns emerge. New blind spots form as life moves through new territory. New relationships bring new watching; some of it supportive, some of it carrying the old weight of failure-expectation. New spaces are inhabited. New ancestral layers surface as consciousness deepens.
The work is not finished. It is ongoing.
But here is what changes once you have done it once: You know what a leak feels like before it becomes a flood. You understand what stage fright is telling you before it becomes paralysis. You learn how to bring awareness to an unseen space before it has drained you for a decade.
The practice becomes lighter. More responsive. Less emergency, more maintenance. Less excavation, more tending.
And the field you are tending—sealed, boundaried, witnessed with held regard—has the resource to participate in its own care. It no longer consumes everything it generates just to keep the lights on.
It has surplus. Direction. Capacity.
That is a fundamentally different way to live.
Both Series in a Single Image
If I were to draw the whole map in one image, it would look like this.

A spectrum.
At the left end: the over-watched field. Stage fright. Constriction. The performer under a hostile audience.
At the right end: the unseen field. The blind spot. The leak. The unwitnessed drain.
And in the centre: not a fixed point but a living range.
The field that is witnessed with clarity and held with regard. Neither gripped by judgment nor lost in the unseen. Seen, tended, boundaried, and held.
Above the spectrum: the quality of observation that makes the centre possible. The witness who holds with belief rather than judgment. The coach, the caring parent, the practitioner who sees the field as it is and holds the person inside a gaze of genuine regard.
Below it: the work. Find the leak. Seal the field. Clear the watching. Rebuild the belief. Return the energy to where it belongs.
This is Spatial Energetics.
This is the work.
What Comes Next
These two series have been an orientation.
A map of the territory: the watching that constricts and the blindness that drains; and an introduction to the work of moving through both toward a field that is genuinely held.
The next series goes deeper into the active field. Not the clearing; what you build once the clearing is done. The creative, directed, purposeful use of a field that is no longer losing itself through unseen gaps or hostile observation.
What becomes possible in a sealed, witnessed, held field that was not possible before? What can you create, initiate, and bring into being from a position of energetic wholeness rather than managed depletion?
That is the territory ahead.
Where to Go From Here
Draw a Card. The full oracle deck—all 88 cards—is available at spatialenergetics.com.au/oracle-draw. The Connected. Protected. Guided. card is in there. So is everything your field might be ready to meet as you close this series. Begin there. See what comes forward.
Or Book a Session. If these two series have mapped something you recognize—in your body, your space, your relationships, your patterns—bring it into a session. This is the work. Both series in one room, one field, one conversation. Book here.
Thank you for moving through both series. The fact that you are here, at the end of this body of work, means something about where your field is and what it is ready for next.
The next series begins soon.
